What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.

What are your access hours?
You can access your unit from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Si! Se Habla Espanol.

When and where do I need to pay my bill?
You're welcome to pay your bill at our facility, but you don't have to make a trip to our property just to pay your bill. We offer online bill pay for your convenience, so you can pay from wherever you are by going to our website www.ssministorage.net.

What do you do to keep your facility secure?
We try to take every measure to make our facility as secure as we can. Our property is fenced and well-lit, and we are equipped with a system of security cameras. Additionally, our manager lives on-site to keep an eye on the property.
Can I rent a truck from your facility?
You can! We offer Penske truck rentals - contact us for details!

Do you have options for storing my boat?
We have a variety of parking options perfectly suited for your boat, RV, or other vehicle. Vehicles Require Title and Title must match Renter. All vehicles must be insured.

What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is a feature that makes loading and unloading your belongings into your unit much easier for you. It allows you to pull your vehicle right up to the door of your unit.

How do I get started?
You can conveniently reserve your unit from our website. Additionally, give us a call or stop by - we're eager to meet your storage needs!

Do you have a refund policy?
No prorated rent refunds.  Owner will not refund any rent on early move out after the first of the month.  Prepaid rent for future months will be refunded if tenant gives notice 10 days in advance prior to the beginning of the new month.  Administrative fees are not refundable.
